In my opinion, Dr. Grace is the most friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and patient dentist I have ever used. She truly looks out for you and doesn’t do procedures unless the are really necessary. Her staff is really friendly as well. For those who don’t speak Spanish, her English is impeccable! I highly recommend.

I chipped a tooth whilst travelling and consequently needed to get the filling fixed. Dr Grace was able to see me last minute and she did a great job (4 months on and it's still perfect). I was initially worried about using a dentist in a country with a different spoken language to mine, but Dr Grace's English was excellent and she really put me at ease.

I would like to say a special “thank you”. to dentist Dr. Grace Ordonez. In the past month she has corrected dental work previous done by 2 other dentists one here in Cuenca. She refilled and rebuilt a front tooth for me the day it broke. Yesterday morning she replace a crown that fallen out the previous evening.

I have seen Dr. Grave over the past 3 years and she is always professional, kind, accomodating and does first rate work. I highly recommend her.
