This experience has been up and above my expectations. Dr. Grace thank you so much for being accommodating to my short stay and fixing five fillings with zero pain. When I held on to the chair bracing for pain you kindly laid my hands across my chest and told me to relax that you would not hurt me. You showed me that you were aware of your patients feelings. You didn’t hurt me at all. I can’t wait till my next visit!!!

I have been in & out of dentists offices my whole life in the U.S.A. and was extremely skeptical my first visit about the quality of work in South America since it is so much cheaper. Walking into Dr. Grace's office for the first time was a pleasant surprise - she speaks VERY GOOD English, it's arguably neater & cleaner than any office I've ever been to, and she was extremely pleasant & professional while discussing the work that needed to be done.
When she started working on me I got nervous again because she didn't use harmful medications, a first for me (outside of regular cleanings). Before I knew it she had the fillings done, 100% pain free. She also did two crowns which I have had for over 5 years now and have had ZERO trouble with. After that she told me she could fill in the gaps in my front teeth and give me a whitening treatment - that changed my life. When I left Cuenca I had the confidence to smile and even show off my teeth for the first time in my life. All of that work with the cost of the round trip plane ticket was about the same price as the crown alone in the States. Now I refuse to let any other dentist touch my teeth, because you cannot beat Dr. Grace's quality & sensitive touch. Thank you Dr. Grace!
